Nestled in picturesque Canaan Valley, Beaver Ridge is a complex of 60 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom condominiums located in two buildings. Our fourteen-acre property offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As owners at Beaver Ridge, our love for the Valley is deep-rooted, and we are confident that you also will be enamored by its natural beauty and the variety of activities it offers.

Beaver Ridge boasts a prime location for year-round recreation, ensuring endless fun during any season. During the summer, owners and guests can enjoy our heated outdoor pool and take advantage of our tennis/basketball courts, charcoal grills and picnic area. Additionally, with direct access to hiking and biking trails right outside our door, you can easily explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding Monongahela National Forest.

Winter in the Valley

As winter snow begins to fall, our property becomes an ideal base camp for skiing enthusiasts, offering close proximity to some of the region's top downhill and cross-country ski areas, including Timberline, Canaan Valley State Park, and White Grass, all located less than five miles away. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro, there's an array of trails and runs to suit your skill level.

How Do I Get to Beaver Ridge?

Beaver Ridge Resort is located approximately five miles south of Davis, West Virgina, on the west side of State Hwy. 32. Set your GPS for either Ash Lodge Court or Beech Lodge Court, Davis, WV, and you'll be here in no time. Units 101-130 are located in Ash Lodge (lower building). Units 231-260 are located in Beech Lodge (upper building).

What Can I Do in Canaan Valley?

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in and near Canaan Valley. In the winter, you can downhill ski at Timberline Mountain or Canaan Valley State Park, or cross-country ski at White Grass. You can also sled, toboggan, snowshoe, or tube at Canaan Valley State Park and Black River Falls State Park. In the summer, you can hike or play golf (frisbee or regular) in the State Parks and hike or bike in the Monongahela National Forest, Canaan Valley Wildlife Refuge, or Dolly Sods Wilderness. How Can I Stay at Beaver Ridge?

All of the condominium units at Beaver Ridge are privately owned. However, several of the owners rent their units for short-term stays. In addition to checking AirBnB and VRBO, you can find Beaver Ridge rentals through Canaan Realty, Best of Canaan or Mountain Top Realty.
